These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of jcfconstruction.com (the “Site”) and your interactions with JCF Construction (“JCF Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a family-owned roofing, siding, window, and remodeling contractor serving Montgomery County, PA. By accessing the Site, submitting a free estimate request, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing the Site, filling out our contact or free estimate form, or otherwise communicating with JCF Construction, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, and that you accept these Terms in full.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems

3. Free Estimates & Service Requests

Submitting a request through our free estimate form does not create a binding contract for services. All project pricing, timelines, and material selections will be confirmed in a separate written proposal or contract signed by both parties before work begins. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the visit and may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ (e.g., hidden roof deck damage discovered once removal begins).

5. Workmanship Guarantee & Manufacturer Warranties

JCF Construction backs qualifying projects with a workmanship guarantee as stated in your individual project contract. As a GAF Certified Contractor, we have met GAF’s standards for training, reliability, and proper installation practices. Qualifying roofing installations performed by JCF Construction may be eligible for GAF’s enhanced manufacturer warranty (such as the System Plus or Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty, depending on the products and services purchased), subject to GAF’s own terms, conditions, and registration requirements, which are separate from and in addition to our workmanship guarantee. GAF certification status is subject to change and is maintained directly by GAF; current certification can be verified at gaf.com. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by acts of God beyond normal wear, unauthorized alterations, or lack of reasonable maintenance.

6. Insurance Claim Assistance

Where JCF Construction assists with a storm damage or insurance-related roofing claim, we act as a contractor supporting your claim process — we do not represent your insurance carrier, adjust claims on behalf of an insurer, or guarantee claim approval or specific settlement amounts. Final claim decisions rest solely with your insurance provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, graphics, and other content on the Site are the property of JCF Construction or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it commercially without our prior written permission.

8. User Submissions & Reviews

If you submit a review, testimonial, or other content to us (including via our Reviews page or social media), you grant JCF Construction a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to display, reproduce, and use that content in our marketing materials, including on the Site and social channels, unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
