We had a potential roof repair. JFC was the most responsive of the outfits we reached out (got back to us very quickly). They were extremely flexible (they were willing to swing by the day of). When their rep arrived to assessed the situation, he quickly ascertained that the roof didn’t need to be repaired. The displaced shingle was actually leftover material that the orig. roofer forgot to clean up. He even went to his truck to show me an example to reassure us that the roof was fine. JFC didn’t charge us a cent. Honest broker! We’ll do business with them again if we have a roof issue in the future
